Habla Español

School of the World was one of the first Costa Rica Spanish schools to offer Spanish classes near the beach, way back in 1997. Our Spanish immersion program focuses most heavily on conversational Spanish to get you comfortably communicating with native speakers in real world situations.

Classes meet Monday through Friday, and weekends are left open for students to relax or travel independently.

“I love introducing people to my country and culture through the language, and School of the World is a beautiful and inspiring setting to learn in."

- Lucia, Head Spanish Instructor

Fast and funOur Spanish program is designed to help you become proficient and comfortable communicating in Spanish, while enjoying a relaxing and fun environment conducive to learning.Beginner 1, Beginner 2, Intermediate, and Intermediate-Advanced levels are available, in durations ranging from 1 week to 1 month and beyond.
